›You've received a notification from us that your wedding dress has arrived and it is time to pick it up. During this 30 minute session you will try on YOUR DRESS for the first time and shop our amazing assortment of accessories to finish off your bridal look.

What to Expect
1. Personal Bridal Stylist ›
You’ll meet your personal bridal stylist, a dedicated fashion expert who will bring your wedding vision to life. They'll work one-on-one with you to find the perfect gown and accessories to create a stunning, cohesive look.
2. Spacious Fitting Rooms
›Our beautiful spacious fitting rooms have seating for your guests. If you're bringing a group of 6 or more, please let us know ahead of time to ensure we can accommodate everyone!
3. Bring Who Matters
›Bring your "I Do Crew" to your first appointment, as most brides find their dress on day one! If a loved one can't be there, you can easily include them via video call.
4. Bring Inspiration Photos
›To make your appointment more efficient, bring 4-6 inspiration photos or a Pinterest board. This helps your stylist find your perfect dress faster.
5. Finding Your Dress
›Your stylist will use your inspiration photos to pull gowns that fit your vision and budget.We'll start with about 5 options to get a sense of your preferences, then pull additional gowns based on your feedback until you find "the one." Remember, it’s completely okay to say "yes" at your first appointment—the goal is to find your dress and celebrate with your loved ones.
6. Your Comfort Comes First
›Your stylist will assist you in the fitting room. Please wear comfortable undergarments; a nude, strapless bra or shapewear is recommended.
7. Saying “Yes” on Day One
›Don't be surprised if you find your dress during your first visit—many brides do! Our stylists are here to support you, not pressure you.
8. Stress-Free Shopping
›Wedding dress shopping should be fun and memorable, not stressful. Our goal is to take the pressure off so you can relax and enjoy the experience. Come prepared to laugh, have fun, and let us do the work. If you have questions or concerns at any point, just let us know—we’re here for you.
9. Celebrating Your Stylist
›Many of our brides asked for a way to show their gratitude for their personalized service, so we've added an optional tip feature to our payment system. We never want this to surprise you. Please know that we are happy to serve you and help you find your dream dress! Tipping is never expected. It is one thoughtful way to acknowledge your stylist's hard work and the care they put into making your experience magical.
